A variety box of one five-pound package of Classic Italian links and one five-pound package of Spicy Italian links. Our traditional coarse-ground sausages are finely bound, tender and succulent. The Classic Italian Sausage is seasoned with anise and garlic. The Spicy Italian Sausage is crafted with our own mixture of hot and sweet peperoncini (dried chili peppers), garlic and anise. Sausages are made from the finest-quality fresh pork and shipped to you fresh. Stuffed in natural hog casings, the sausages are ideal for grilling or pan frying. Each sausage link is approximately 4 ounces. One to two links make up a serving. To ensure maximum freshness, we make the sausages to order. Orders placed by Sunday 6 PM (pacific time) will ship on the immediately following Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. To ensure quality, we ship via UPS Next Day Air. Sausages should be refrigerated upon receipt, until ready to cook. An unopened package of sausage is good for up to 7 days refrigerated.
